No.10 Cast Iron Dutch Oven

The smooth machined interior is a real step up from the rough cast pots I've used before—dough releases without a fight. It's heavy as expected, but the 7-quart size handles two loaves easily, and I only wish the lid handle were a bit easier to grip with oven mitts.
