The Starter Set No.8

Eight-piece set covers all the basics without bloat, so I can finally stop juggling a rusty old skillet and a flimsy nonstick pan for every meal. Started with eggs and cornbread, both released cleanly from the seasoned surface—huge win for a first-time cast iron owner.

The surface is so smooth right out of the box that my first fried egg slid around like it was on ice, and the weight feels reassuringly solid without being a backbreaker. I've already used it three nights in a row for everything from searing to baking, and cleanup is just a quick rinse and wipe.
