フィールドベンチスクレイパーは、つい手に取ってしまう道具のひとつです。もともとは生地を扱うために作られましたが、私たちはすくう、分ける、掃除する、移すといった作業に使っています。包丁を守り、下ごしらえの時間を短縮してくれます。チェリーウッドのハンドルは、使うほどに美しい風合いへと育ちます。リベットでしっかりと固定された頑丈な構造とステンレススチールのブレードは、一生ものの品質です。もちろん、ビスケット生地にも今も大活躍します。

I use mine to scrape flour off the counter and it glides through dough like nothing—the sturdy steel edge holds up way better than the plastic ones I've killed. It's become my go-to for everything from scooping chopped veggies to leveling off measuring cups.
The dough side works great for portioning, and I've been using it to scrape crumbs off the counter too—handy for sure. Only wish the handle had a bit more grip, but for the price it's a solid everyday tool.
