The No.6 is noticeably lighter than the old cast iron I've used before, so it's easy to handle even when full. The smooth cooking surface took a great sear on a steak with zero sticking, and the whole set has already earned a permanent spot in my kitchen.
The interior is so smooth right out of the box that I didn't even need to do much seasoning before my eggs slid right off. Both sizes heat evenly on my gas stove, and the No.6 is perfect for a single portion while the No.10 handles a full family dinner.
