The weight distribution is spot on—the No.10 feels balanced even when I’m tossing vegetables, and the smoother surface means my first batch of eggs slid right out. It’s noticeably lighter than my old skillet, which makes a real difference when I’m cooking for the family.
The finish is so much smoother than my old skillet, and the lighter weight makes it way easier to handle when flipping. I’ve already used the smaller one for eggs and the larger for cornbread, and both came out perfectly seasoned right away.
