Honestly, this thing has become my go-to for Sunday pancakes and smash burgers. The 3 x 5" high-carbon steel head is just the right size to get under a big batch without the whole thing bending. Feels solid in the hand, and it's already starting to take on a nice seasoning from the cast iron.
The high-carbon steel has a nice weight to it that feels solid in the hand, and it's already developing a good seasoning after a few uses on my cast iron. Handles a full batch of pancakes or smash burgers without bending a bit, which is all I really ask for from a griddle turner.
