I use mine to scrape flour off the counter and it glides through dough like nothing—the sturdy steel edge holds up way better than the plastic ones I've killed. It's become my go-to for everything from scooping chopped veggies to leveling off measuring cups.
The dough side works great for portioning, and I've been using it to scrape crumbs off the counter too—handy for sure. Only wish the handle had a bit more grip, but for the price it's a solid everyday tool.
