I was skeptical about the leather handle cover at first, but it's actually a game-changer—no more burnt fingers when flipping food. The set covers everything I need, from the No.4 to the bigger skillets, and the care kit keeps them looking sharp.

The five skillets are noticeably lighter than my old cast iron, and the smoother surface means my eggs slide right out. I’ve used the No.4 for single servings and the bigger ones for group dinners—the leather handle cover is a nice grab even when things get hot.

The leather handle cover is a small touch, but it makes a real difference when I'm moving a hot skillet from stovetop to table. I love that they're American made and noticeably lighter than the cast iron I've used before, so I can actually manage the bigger pans one-handed now.
