La padella da campo n. 6 con il suo coperchio in ghisa stagionata da 8 ⅜" della stessa misura.
Padella, coperchio e pomello sono interamente in ghisa e Made in the USA. Il nostro coperchio in stile vintage presenta nervature autobastanti, per garantire una brasatura e una cottura a vapore uniformi sia sul fornello che in forno.
The self-basting ridges on the lid really do their job—chicken came out juicier than in my old pan, and the knob staying cool enough to grab bare-handed mid-cook is a nice touch. I’ve used it daily for two weeks and the seasoning just keeps getting better.
Everything’s pure cast iron, even the knob, and it feels so solid in the hand—the whole set has that old-school weight you just don’t find anymore. The lid fits perfectly and the self-basting ridges keep the chicken juicy without me having to fuss over it.
The self-basting ridges on the lid are a game-changer—my pork chops came out juicier than with any covered pan I've owned. The whole set being 100% cast iron, including the knob, feels incredibly solid, and knowing it's all made in the USA adds to the satisfaction.
