Padella, coperchio e manopola sono interamente in ghisa e Made in the USA. Il nostro coperchio in stile vintage presenta scanalature autobastanti, per garantire una brasatura e una cottura a vapore uniformi sia sul fornello che in forno.
The self-basting lid really does its job—pork chops came out juicier than I’ve managed in any other pan. And the whole set being 100% cast iron, knob included, means nothing to worry about in the oven.
The lid fits so securely it feels like one solid piece when I’m searing, and the cast iron heats evenly across the whole surface. I’ve had it a month and the seasoning is already building up nicely, no sticky spots.
The self-basting lid is a game-changer for braising—juices keep raining down on the meat without me having to open and fuss. The whole set is solid 100% cast iron, lid and knob included, and it feels like something that'll outlive my kitchen.
