Tato univerzální obracečka je skvělá na placičky a palačinky, nebo na obracení velkých dávek čehokoli na litinové pánvi.
Honestly, this thing has become my go-to for Sunday pancakes and smash burgers. The 3 x 5" high-carbon steel head is just the right size to get under a big batch without the whole thing bending. Feels solid in the hand, and it's already starting to take on a nice seasoning from the cast iron.
The high-carbon steel has a nice weight to it that feels solid in the hand, and it's already developing a good seasoning after a few uses on my cast iron. Handles a full batch of pancakes or smash burgers without bending a bit, which is all I really ask for from a griddle turner.
The 3x5 size is just right for flipping pancakes without crowding the pan, and the high-carbon steel feels like it’ll last for years. Handles a full batch of hash browns in my cast iron without bending a bit.
