Owen F. ★★★★★

The edge slides right under a fried egg without tearing it, and it hasn't warped one bit after a month of daily pancake flips. Great heft for its size, too—light enough to feel nimble but sturdy on the handle.

Ella ★★★★★

This thing is ridiculously thin at the edge but still feels solid in your hand. I use it to flip eggs and fish on my cast iron skillet, and the flexible blade gets under everything without scratching. The high-carbon steel hasn't warped at all after a month of daily use.

William ★★★★★

The razor-thin edge slides right under a fried egg without tearing the white, and it's stiff enough to flip a whole pancake with one wrist flick. My cast iron skillet finally has a companion that doesn't add unwanted weight to my wrist.
