No.12 Cast Iron Skillet Lid

The grapeseed oil seasoning gives it a nice satin feel right out of the box, and it fits my skillet with zero wobble. We’ve used it for braises and it holds heat like a champ, though I wish the handle were slightly bigger for grip. Keeps everything moist without any fuss.

The grapeseed oil seasoning gave it a smooth, dark finish right out of the box. It sits perfectly flush on the pan and traps steam so well for braising.
