The five skillets in this set handle everything from weeknight stir-fries to a full Sunday brunch, and they're noticeably lighter than my old cast iron. The American made finish is so smooth right out of the box that the first eggs didn't stick at all.

The leather handle cover is a nice touch—keeps my hand from burning when I’m flipping with the turners. Skillets are definitely lighter than my old set, though I wish the care kit included a chainmail scrubber for the tougher bits.
