The pans are genuinely lighter than my old cast iron, so I can flip things one-handed without a struggle. The smooth cooking surface has been great for eggs, though the mini skillet is a bit smaller than I pictured, and there's no lid included which I wish I'd noticed. Solid set for everyday cooking
