The handle feels perfectly balanced even when the pan's full, and the seasoning took to it beautifully after just one cook. This skillet's already become my go-to for searing steaks, and I'm amazed at how even the heat spreads across that huge surface.
The No.12 skillet is a beast, but the single handle makes it feel lighter than it looks when you're tossing veggies. I've already used it for searing, frying, and even a quick sauce, and the size handles it all without crowding.
The balance on this thing is spot on, and the seasoning surface took to eggs without a single stick. My biceps get a real workout lifting it from the stove to the oven, but that's part of the fun.
