L'intera gamma di padelle in ghisa Field: misure No.4, No.6, No.8, No.10 e No.12. Dalle uova singole ai tacchini del Ringraziamento, il nostro set completo di pentole in ghisa copre ogni dimensione di cui hai bisogno in cucina, sul grill o accanto al fuoco da campo.
The No.12 handled a full Thanksgiving turkey without breaking a sweat, and the heat distribution was even enough that nothing scorched on the bottom. Having all five sizes means I can grab whatever pan fits the job without digging through mismatched pieces, and the seasoning has built up nicely afte
I’ve now used the No.8 for searing steaks and the No.4 for a single fried egg, and the smooth, pre-seasoned cast iron performs beautifully every time. Even the largest No.12 is manageable to lift with both hands when roasting a bird, and they all clean up with just a quick wipe.
The smooth cook surface on these skillets is a huge upgrade from the rough ones I've used before, and having five sizes means I finally reach for the right pan instead of struggling with a giant one. Frying an egg in the No.4 is ridiculously easy to flip without sticking.
