The double-handle skillet is a game-changer for moving a full roast from stove to table—no awkward wrist strain. I’ve used the No.10 with its lid for braises twice this week and the heat retention keeps everything bubbling perfectly.

The cast iron lids fit so snugly on the skillets that steam barely escapes, which makes braising super easy. I've used the No.10 almost daily for a month and it's already got that slick, non-stick seasoning going. Definitely worth the splurge for the whole set.

The double-handle skillet is a game-changer for me—that extra grip makes lifting a full pan of cornbread feel almost effortless. I’ve already used the No.10 with its lid for a stew and the heat retention kept everything bubbling perfectly for hours.
