John ★★★★★

The 3lb weight makes all the difference — I can flip the pan one-handed while managing the rest of the stove, and searing comes out evenly every time. It's become my go-to for quick sautéing on busy weeknights.

Ryan A. ★★★★★

I've been making grilled cheese every day since this skillet arrived, and the control it gives me over the heat is honestly the difference between good and perfect. It's light enough that my wrist doesn't get tired even when I'm searing a big batch of veggies for the week.

Benjamin ★★★★★

The 3lb weight is spot on—I can flip a grilled cheese with one wrist flick without it feeling flimsy, and the sear on a steak came out beautifully even. Actually bought a second one for my camper since it's become my daily driver.
