Seznamte se s nejlehčím a nejhladším litinovým hrncem na světě.
Náš hrnec No.8 je z výroby ochucený, takže má přirozeně nepřilnavý povrch. Má objem 4,5 litru, takže je ideální pro každodenní pečení, dušení a další úpravy. A s hmotností pouhých 6,5 libry se snadno přenáší ze sporáku do trouby nebo na stůl.
The braising liquid reduced perfectly in this thing, and cleanup was just a quick wipe thanks to that factory seasoning. Having a 4.5-quart pot that doesn't feel like a gym weight has made me reach for it every single weekend.
I was honestly shocked at how light this thing is when I lifted it out of the box—every other cast iron pot I've owned felt like a dumbbell. The factory seasoning gives it a smoothness that made my first batch of bread release without a single stuck spot, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.
The seasoning is genuinely non-stick—I braised a whole chicken and it slid right out with just a quick wipe. For a 4.5-quart pot it's surprisingly light to lift, which makes it my go-to for everything from sourdough to stews.
